Smooth FRP woven fiber, impact-resistant skin, compressed under high pressure to 3" of high-grade foam, forms a rigid composite insulated panel. Fully waterproof and seamless in design panels.

Polytread flooring is standard, nonslip, with a tread plate pattern. Polytread is as durable as aluminum but without the added cost, and only available from Reefervan!

The insulation kit is incredibly lightweight, and no heavy wood framing is used in the construction, allowing for greater cargo capacity.

High-precision CNC machine routing ensures a perfect fit for the van.

Reefervan Insulated panels are thermally balanced to the highest standards, providing excellent cooling performance in high ambient temperatures of 100°F (38°C).

Once your order is placed, we will send the required installation information you will need before starting the installation.

REEFERVAN INSULATION WARRANTY:

Reefervan Insulation products come with a comprehensive two 3 year warranty that covers for workmanship or product failure under normal useage.

It is the end user, operators responsability to register the product with Reefervan to maintain 3 year warranty coverage. Contact Reefervan for warranty terms and conditions.

Production Time:

From the point of deposit for your order can vary between 7 to 14 business days to produce the kit. During high season, this time can extend to 21 days; Ordering well in advance is recommended.Order will only be produced once payment is received.

Ship from Location:

Reefervan ships out kits from our distribution location in Mississauga, Canada.

Delivery Times:

On average, it takes 2 and 7 business days to receive the kit after dispatch, depending on your location. The west coast is approx. 7 days and the East Coast 4 days. NOTE: Reefervan will not be held responsible for freight carrier delays or costs associated with any delivery delay.

Skid Arrival, Handling of Skid:

Kits are shipped out on custom-built skids varying in size from 8ft to 14ft long, depending on van kit size.We recommended to use a forklift to remove the kit from the delivery truck. If no forklift is available or you cannot offload the skid, contact Reefervan to make alternative arrangements with the carrier.

Freight Insurance:

Reefervan insurance covers the skid for damage/loss while in Transit until the skid is delivered to your location. If any damages are found, they must be notified to Reefervan and the carrier when the skid is signed for. Failure to notify may reject a claim for any damages after the delivery of the skid is accepted. Once the installer accepts the skid, you will be responsible for the skid for loss or damage.
